Hair Loss Due To Stress:
The main reason for hair loss is stress whether it is psychological or physical. Stress not only leads to hair fall but also results in many other problems. Keep stress away and so the problems caused by it.
How can we relate stress and hair loss?
• Stress can be caused due to many reasons. It can be caused due to work, childbirth, surgical procedures, accidents serious health problem, break down and so on.
• Whatever the reason may be, severe stress affects the physical and mental health causing hair loss.
• Hair loss at starting itself does not cause baldness but you can make out the difference in the appearance of your scalp. This is the right time to take measures to prevent further hair loss.
• Hair loss due to stress is not permanent. Hair fall stops after some period and re-growth occurs.
• Regular workouts and healthy diet will prevent any health problem including hair loss and relaxes your body. And a healthy body can fight all.
• Meditation can give you peace of mind and thus reduces stress. But in some cases, hair loss depends on health and genetics of that person.
• Sometimes people may get freaked out because of the hair loss and increase their stress levels further more. It is important to note that hair loss due to stress is only for a period of time and after that the hair growth starts again.
Chronic mental stress causes Telogen effluvium. This is the process in which stress affects the body and mind. The period continues for about 6 to 12 weeks and women are mostly affected than men.
